Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Country refers to: Togo
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to CERT.tg, Rue Abdoulaye FADIGA, 07 BP 13215 Lomé – Togo.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from www.cert.tg/ for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms of service.
You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing and/or printing the material contained on this Website.
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

The National CERT of the Togolese Republic (CERT.tg) provides advice and assistance on cyber security in support of the OSE companies, non-OSE companies, Government public administration of Togo, other CSIRT, civilians and other organizations, in each case in accordance with the Cybersecurity law “loi n°2018-026 du 07 décembre 2018: Loi sur la Cybersécurité”. Unless otherwise indicated, the advice and guidance material hosted on the Websites is provided and intended for use by this audience, and is published on the Websites in order that the intended recipients can have easy access to the material.
The National CERT.tg encourages users to establish hypertext links to the Websites, however we don’t give you permission to suggest that your website is associated with, or endorsed by, the CERT.tg.
Where the Websites contain links to other websites then these links are provided for your information only. Unless explicitly stated, linking should not be taken as endorsement of any kind. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. CERT.tg is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
The CERT.tg is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between CERT.tg and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republique of Togo, and You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lomé (Togo) for the resolution of any disputes.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original French text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Revision to these terms
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without notice. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
